1. Order Availability & Delivery Notifications

In the event that an item becomes unavailable or if a delivery attempt fails, our team will contact you directly using the contact information provided during checkout.

If a package remains unclaimed or undeliverable for an extended period, it may be returned or discarded by the courier service. MAREA cannot be held responsible for packages abandoned due to lack of response from the customer.

2. Delayed or Missing Orders

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

International Orders, Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. If customs charges are refused and the package is destroyed or abandoned by customs authorities, MAREA will not be responsible.Late or missing refunds

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags and hygiene protections must remain attached.
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE or discounted items cannot be exchanged.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for exchange.
  • Shipping fees related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
